TERMS AND CONDITIONS 


Here at Sun By Sienna we understand that sometimes life can easily get in the way of all those important appointments and bookings that we have lined up.. 

From Family and work, to unfortunate event like Illness. there are many circumstances in which you may not be able to attend your appointment, However all we ask is that you give us plenty of notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment this is to avoid any charges against your booking. Therefore I urge you to please take just 5 mins of your time to read through this short policy to become familiar with our T&C



1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all clients.


2. LATERAL FLOW TESTING 

As Home Based Salon Covid-19 Testing is still Required & Requested at Sun By Sienna.

Therefore a home test must be completed on the day of your Treatments Prior to your visit.

Once you have completed an LFT you must attach your full name & Date alongside the test. 

Please then send this photo and information across via email Text or WhatsApp. 

NOTE: you do of course have the right to refuse LFT testing, so in this case the salon also has the right refuse treatment – if your treatment has been pre-paid then this is non refundable if it is within 24hrs of your appointment .


3. PATCH TESTING 

Patch testing required for certain treatment. When booking a treatment you may be asked to come into the salon at least 24 hours before the treatment time to undertake a patch test. It will not be possible for us to offer certain treatments unless a patch test has been carried out and a negative allergic reaction has been confirmed.


4. DEPOSITS 

It is very likely that We will ask for a deposit or full payment at the time of booking an appointment online to secure your booking. This also applies to over the phone bookings therefore booking over the phone will require payment in full so either a link will be sent to you for you to make a payment or your credit card details will be taken over the phone to secure your booking. please have your card details at hand. Please refer to the cancellation and no show policy also.


5. PUNCTUALITY AND LATE ARRIVALS 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment then your treatment time may be cut short and you will still be charged the full price. Nobody likes to be rushed in there paid appointment, and nobody like to hang about because the previous client was late thats why it is important to always be on time. If it is not possible to cut the treatment short because you have excelled the 10m you will be asked to rearrange your appointment and you will lose your deposit or be required to pay for the full cost of the treatment. If you are consistently late, then we may ask for payment in full upfront before booking. By calling the salon to let them know you may be late is always the best way we will always be appreciative of your call.


6. NO SHOWS 

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit, which maybe the full amount if paid in full. Full payment may be required upon next booking to prevent this happening again. NOTE: all no shows will be recorded for future reference.


7. CANCELLATIONS 

If you wish to cancel your appointment, this must be done within 24 hours before your appointment time arrives charges may apply or you will lose your deposit or full payment. If you have cancelled before the 24 hours and you havent had notification of a refund or the refund has not been completed automatically then please contact the salon after 10 days of cancelling and we will process the payment.

Alternatively if you wish you can simply reschedule in time before your 24hrs start and the payment will be applied to your next booking.


8. REARRANGING APPOINTMENTS

If you wish to rearrange your appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time arrives otherwise charges may apply, or you will lose your deposit or full payment. If rearrangement is necessary, please provide as much time as possible to minimise the disruption.


9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

We have the right to refuse service if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if you behave in a rude or aggressive manner, if you are unable to have treatment due to health reasons, if you refuse LFT Testing, if you refuse patch testing, if you have previously left without paying, or if your attempting to receive an unprofessional services.

all of the above will not be tolerated or accepted


10. CHILDREN ON THE PREMISES 

Please avoid bringing your children in with you when you visit us. We are trying to ensure a relaxed environment for all our customers. However please do speak to your therapist as we do allow acceptations 


11. PURCHASE OF RETAIL 

Any retail beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.


12. PRICE ALTERATIONS

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.


13. SMOKING 

Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon, or outside on the salon premises.


14. MEDICAL CONDITIONS 

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.


15. MOBILE PHONES

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.


16. LOST PROPERTY OF PERSONAL ITEMS 

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. if you have informed us of an item that was left at the salon please do this as quickly as possible ideally before the next booking arrives. if the item is found it will be held for 30 days only. i will send you a reminder to collect after 14 days, but if the item is not collected after 30 days it will be destroyed. i will not be held responsible for you lost or forgotten items and do not have the space to hold lost items.


17. UNWANTED - PHYSICAL OR VERBAL ABUSE 

Sun By Sienna is not only my work place but is also my home environment where my family reside therefore : VERBAL PHYSICAL MENTAL OR SEXUAL ABUSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED – YOU WILL BE ESCORTED FROM THE PROPERTY & POLICE ASSISTANCE WILL BE CALLED ON IMMEDIATELY.
