Here at SUN BY SIENNA we understand that sometimes a hectic life can easily get in the way that's for sure, kids jobs family, sun by sienna also understands that we Precious Humans can become very sick very quickly and this is unfortunate, there are many circumstances in which you may not be able or cannot attend your appointment.

But it is important you acknowledge and know that all your booking details are sent to you along with regular reminders sent via email and text prior to your appointment. you also have 24hrs notice period.

TREATWELL BOOKINGS MADE VIA THE TREATWELL APP OR TREATWELL BOOKING LINK.


RESCHEDULING.

So, if you need to reschedule, please contact myself (Nicole) on 07961 387398 as soon as you are able so I can then Reschedule your appointment accordingly. Alternatively, if it's the middle of the night or you wish to reschedule yourself then this can be done by logging into your Treatwell App.


* Please note If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you can do so right up until 24 hr before. At no charge!!

* Please note you cannot reschedule your appointment details (time/date) in whole or in part where your appointment is due to take place within the next 24 hour



CANCELLATION

If, however you cancel your appointment WITHIIN 24 hrs or less before your appointment time is due TREATWELL MAY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING. Rescheduling is the best option if you wish to avoid a fee.


* However, if we the salon are unable to accommodate your request to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or establish whether or not you are eligible for a refund will depend on whether or not your appointment is due to take place in the next 24, hours (as determined by the relevant partner)


  1. So, for EG a cancelation CAN BE MADE if your Appointment is due to take place in 24hrs OR MORE (as determined by the relevant Partner), your appointment will be treated as cancelled by you and you WILL receive a refund.

  1. A cancelation CANNOT BE MADE If your Appointment is due to take place in 24hrs OR LESS (as determined by the relevant Partner), your appointment will be treated as cancelled by you and you WILL NOT receive a refund.

 

NO SHOW

A NO SHOW client is a client who fails to turn up to their appointment.

THE FULL AMOUNT WILL ALSO BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD, and you WILL NOT receive a refund

CANCELLATION


If, however you cancel your appointment WITHIIN 24 hrs or less before your appointment time is due SUN BY SIENNA WILL BILL YOU FOR THE 50% OF THE BOOKING FEE. this will be sent to you via a SumUp payment link. Pease Note: In some circumstances the salon can change the 50% Fee to Full Fee at there discretion and depending on the situation.

* Rescheduling is always the best option if you wish to avoid a 50% fee.

However,

If we the salon are unable to accommodate YOUR REQUEST to cancel or reschedule your appointment, is dependent on whether or not your appointment is due to take place in the next 24, hours (as determined by Sun By Sienna) 50% FEE MAY APPLY

  1. So, for EG a cancelation CAN BE MADE if your Appointment is due to take place in 24hrs OR MORE (as determined by Sun By Sienna), your appointment will be treated as cancelled by you and

WILL NOT BE INVOICED



  1. A cancelation CAN BE MADE If your Appointment is due to take place in 24hrs OR LESS BUT as determined by Sun By Sienna, if your appointment is to be treated as cancelled then you

WILL RECIEVE AN INVOICE FOR 50% OF THE TREATMENT FEE.


NO SHOW

A NO SHOW client is a client who fails to turn up to their appointment.

THEREFORE, AN INVOICE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA A SUMUP PAYMENT LINK
